Originially founded as Desert Oak Homes, Desert Oak Development, dba, has been a licensed contractor in the State of Nevada since February of 1991.  In over 20 years, we have built more than a thousand homes in the Las Vegas community.  Some of our communities include: The Master Series, Summerchase, Tahoe, Silver Oak, and Windham Hills.  Following the economic recession of 2008, we starting tenant improvement work, residential renovations, homeowner association work, and insurance work, in addition to custom home building.  Our homes are all custom and built with attention to detail.  We take this same approach to everything we do.  Whether it is home building or tenant improvement.
