Windham Hills Estates
Windham Hills Estates is the expansion to the Windham Hills Community in Southwest Las Vegas near the Southern Highlands area. An exclusive 16 home neighborhood, each estate home is built on approximately a half plus acre, with private gate entrance. As with our community, each estate home is custom-built. Meaning we build our homes from a unique set of plans, and tailor to the wishes of our customer. Although some houses may appear similar, they are all unique in their own way.
We currently have 3 half-acre lots still available, located on Raven Ave. just off Dean Martin Dr. We do not have any model homes at this time. We are a custom home builder and each home is built to the specs of the home buyer.

Floorplans
All of our floorplans can be fully customized to your liking. Whether you want to add or remove a bedroom or bathroom, we can do it. You can build one of our homes on your own custom lot or on one of our half acre lots.
We don't hold you down to only using our floorplans. If you would like an architect to create a floorplan to your liking we can easily arrange that for you.
